With last week’s retirement of Charlie Malarkey, Jill DeMella is now leading the Administrative Services organization. Jill has been serving as the deputy manager since Nov. 3.
Jill has extensive experience managing human capital programs. She comes to UCOR from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security where she was Executive Director of Human Capital Policy and Programs. Before that, Jill was Director of Human Resources Policy and Regulatory Affairs at U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Jill has a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine.
