Better Together is designed to help you focus on one meaningful goal over an 8-week period while staying accountable through weekly check-ins and encouragement. To set you up for success, we use the SMART goal framework, which helps turn intentions into action:
SMART goals are:
- Specific – Clear and focused (What exactly do you want to accomplish?)
- Measurable – You can track progress and know when you’ve succeeded
- Achievable – Realistic and within reach
- Relevant – Meaningful and important to you
- Time-Bound – Set within the 8-week challenge timeframe
