UCOR’s EMDF team received the TeamsCount Award from senior leaders today. This award celebrates team members’ hard work and success in quickly and safely clearing trees for the new EMDF construction.
The first step involved cutting down trees in the construction area. This task had a strict deadline: all trees needed to be down before March 31. This deadline was important to protect bat roosting sites.
The dedicated team worked hard to get everything ready. Team members gathered all the necessary documents and successfully hired a professional tree clearing company. They made sure the work happened safely in the field. Thanks to their efforts, the work was completed a month before the deadline.
