Support can look different for everyone. It might be encouragement from a coworker, accountability from a partner, guidance from a trusted resource, or simply giving yourself permission to ask for help when you need it. Seeking support isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a strength.As you move through this week, take a moment to reflect:
- Where do I feel supported right now?
- Where could additional support be helpful?
- How can I both give and receive support this week?
Support also includes how we talk to ourselves. Offering patience, flexibility, and understanding—especially on challenging days—can make a meaningful difference.
