UCOR celebrates longtime Second Harvest Food Bank CEO

Published: 04/30/2026

UCOR, along with small business teaming partner Strata-G, attended the Second Harvest Food Bank’s (SHFB) Grace and Gratitude event honoring CEO Elaine Streno for her 33 years of service.

After more than three decades of visionary leadership, Elaine’s retirement leaves behind a legacy of compassion, advocacy, and tireless service in the fight against hunger. UCOR is honored to have begun their partnership with SHFB under Elaine’s leadership, which included opening the first school pantry in Roane County in 2018 and emergency needs campaigns such as the COVID Pandemic Relief in 2020, Hurricane Helene Relief in 2024, and Tackling Hunger in 2025.

We thank Elaine for her years of leading the effort to compassionately feed East Tennesseans experiencing hunger and engage the community in the fight against hunger.
