UCOR interns attended their first class in Amentum Summer Intern Program’s Professional Development series, one of three sessions offered during the corporate summer intern program’s leadership series. “Launching Your Career with Intention” was hosted by Jason Cerrato, SVP, Talent, and Brigit Feedman, Lead, Strategic Recruiting Programs. They discussed navigating your first role, setting meaningful career goals, creating a growth plan, and standing out as an early career professional.
During their first joint meeting last week, the group participated in corporate “speed dating.” During this event, the interns rotate around the room, speaking with each other, one-on-one, for four minutes before moving to the next table. This event allows them to get to know a little more about who they’re working with.
