Congratulations to the Alpha-4 Industrial Hygiene team for receiving a TeamsCount award! Chase Whitson, Savannah Booher, Kevin Duncan, Jared Lindsay, and Justin Dye were recognized for their questioning attitude and finding cost savings related to air samples. Industrial hygiene sampling often incurs financial burden when lab analysis is required for large volumes of air samples, particularly for chemical analysis of agents like mercury. Through their efforts, the Industrial Hygiene team will save $230,400 per year collecting breathing zone samples and sample blanks. This team’s dedication to continuous improvement does not go unnoticed.
