To the UCOR Workforce:
Today we celebrate the contributions of our military veterans, whose sacrifice and personal commitment have helped ensure our freedom and personal liberties. Team UCOR includes several veterans from all branches of the military, and I’m sure everyone joins me in expressing their appreciation and gratitude for these individuals’ service to our country.
We often talk about how UCOR does some of the hardest, most dangerous, and most important work in the country. Our military members also work in difficult and dangerous environments, sacrificing time with family and friends to ensure the welfare of the country. The discipline and commitment learned from this service fits perfectly with the structured and challenging work that we perform as we clean up the Oak Ridge Reservation. Your contributions to our team are greatly appreciated.
