To the UCOR Workforce:
I’m pleased to share that we have met the safety and performance goals for our UCOR Employee Incentive Program for calendar year 2025. All eligible salaried, Building Trades, ATLC, and ROS employees who started work with UCOR on/before April 1, 2025, will receive a bonus of $1,000 in the Dec. 11 paycheck.
In 2025, we delivered tremendous cleanup progress and risk reduction to transform the Oak Ridge Reservation as part of our Cleanup Today for a Nuclear Tomorrow™ initiative. We continue to safely deactivate and demolish structures at ORNL and Y-12 that have completed their production missions, clearing land for new science and national security missions. We also continue to process legacy TRU waste and maintain aging but active structures at ORNL. And your work at ETTP has created the nation’s first Nuclear Innovation Hub, with more than $15 billion in advanced commercial nuclear investments announced and under construction in our region.
Your talent and commitment to UCOR’s values—safety, integrity, stewardship, partnership, and accountability—are what make us a recognized leader in the nuclear industry. Thank you for all that you have accomplished this year. Let’s continue our Culture of Excellence as we close out this calendar year.
