We will be launching our 5th Top Workplaces survey in February. This survey helps us know how you are feeling about our UCOR culture and your everyday work experience.
You have given us a lot of feedback in previous surveys. For example, last year you shared that you believe UCOR operates by strong values and that your job makes you feel like you are part of something meaningful. That was great to hear.
However, you also shared that you didn’t think we were being as efficient as we could be. Our Performance Optimization group has been looking across UCOR to see where we can do better. You also shared that you think our senior leaders could be better at understanding what happens on the front lines. We are also working on that.
We need your feedback – positive or negative. Tell us what we do well and what we need to improve. Let me assure you that no one at UCOR sees your individual survey responses. The survey company Energage maintains them in strict confidentiality.
Your feedback not only helps us improve the workplace experience for you, but the Top Workplaces designations also give us tools to use as we recruit new members of our workforce.
Although the survey is voluntary, I know the executive team joins me in hoping you will take part. Watch for more details soon.
