Mental Wellbeing Center

Published: 03/18/2026

During the first year of the UCOR Mental Wellbeing Center (MWC) operations, approximately 99 percent of the more than 140 clients who received services reported improved mental wellbeing. With this positive momentum, the MWC has transitioned from Environmental Programs and Stewardship to Safety & Security to align with UCOR’s long-term strategic plan.

The MWC will continue to be a trusted resource that provides high-quality, accessible, and confidential mental wellbeing services. It will operate with the same dedicated staff, ensuring continuity of care from trusted professionals. As usual, all client conversations with the center and documentation are completely confidential, as privacy is of utmost importance.

The UCOR MWC is designed to help you navigate life so you can thrive. The center provides evidence-based coaching, counseling, and referral services tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking help navigating a challenge or achieving a personal goal, the MWC has the staff and tools to help you work toward the life you really want to live.

Mental wellbeing influences how we think, feel, and behave—affecting our relationships, decision-making, and quality of life. Prioritizing mental wellbeing can lead to a greater sense of fulfillment and purpose in life.
