UCORs Quality Assurance System (QAS) can capture any compensatory measures that may be or have been in place until actions have been completed. For Significant or Adverse Issues, consider documenting them within QAS. This feature is found under the “Analysis” tab within the Issue. If compensatory measures aren’t needed or used, justification can also be captured in this field.
