The Total Career Management Services (TCMS) team has created a new employee development program called SparkSeries. The aim of the series is to provide additional learning and growth opportunities that are in addition to the required, assigned training.
Through the SparkSeries, TCMS will offer quarterly workshops designed to help participants sharpen their skills and gain continuous professional growth. Workshop topics are being suggested by members of the workforce, including feedback from other training sessions. Watch for details soon about the first training workshop: Beat Burnout!
